A slightly win-more card for Pirate-heavy decks (great for Patches DH if that's a thing) with just about no use in a non-tribal deck (which is fine). I think we see this, and I think Pirates are back in a big way, baby.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Difficult nut to crack. I've piloted Wild Pirate Rogue to legend 6 or 7 times and from that point of view, I'd say it's probably too expensive. The jump from 2 to 3 Mana is a significant one and your best shot would be going second, creating a board with a 1 cost Pirate, Parachute Brigand(s) and patches and coin this out on 2. By that point your opponent would have to skip 2 of their turns for this to work out so it's just a win more card.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Well, this looks really strong in a pirate heavy deck. Especially with Sailboat Captain.
