Effectively cheating 1 Mana might not be worth running this, but Wild Big Shaman has showed us that under the right circumstances, it could make a huge difference. The question is which combo profits the most from saving 1-3 Mana... And I have no clear answer to that yet.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Minor Mana cheating, but remember that you can have multiple copies in play (and now suddenly Scrapbooking Student has potential). With three uses per location, if you can get three or more on the board you can do some serious shenanigans, I'm assuming. I don't know what those are, I just know not to underestimate Mana cheating. It's just cheap enough that it can probably see play in a variety of Hunter and Priest decks pretty easily, even if you're not trying copy shenanigans.

It seems like you could easily use up all three uses in one turn. I'm sure that will allow for some shit.
