I love the flavor and both artworks, but the effect is kinda meh. Sure, a 1/3/3 is insane, but it's really a 1/3/1 and that's just barely okay in my books. If you curve it into the 2 Mana Parrot it gets better, but that one has shitty stats so great + bad = okay. And that's exactly how I'd rate that package until someone comes up with a better idea for its use.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

The drawback is real. There are a lot of good 1-Drops in the game that have good stats and actual upside, so the only reason to run this is to summon it either with the new Weapon or the Parrot. It's a lot of stats, but stats aren't everything.
