That's a bit of a tough sale at 4 Mana for me. The big upside of the card is its versatility - you can either use it to remove a low Health minion for a big buff or you can take out a chonker. 7 damage is a bit of a weird spot though since that's barely not enough for a giant. Really not sure about this one.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

It's a nice combination of removal and buff, but at 4 Mana it feels just a little too slow to be using a spell to deal with only one minion. But what do I know, I'm the guy that said Handbuff Paladin needed more than a 4-Cost Weapon for a resurgence and look where we are now.

Pretty versatile. Kill something big and get a small or no buff, or kill something small and get a large buff. And if you're lucky that buff goes to Undercooked Calamari and you get to kill something big.
