Everyone has a main. Whether you’re smacking faces or playing 30-minute control mirrors (ugh), your favourite class in Hearthstone probably says more about you than you’d like to admit. We’re not here to judge (okay, maybe a little), but we are here to poke fun at all of us.
Here’s what your favorite class says about you.

Death Knight
You like your minions dead, then more dead, then undead.

You saw three runes and immediately thought: yes, complexity is fun. You like decks that feel like building a haunted LEGO set; One wrong piece and it all falls apart, but when it works, it’s a masterpiece of unholy value. You enjoy control, corpses, and that feeling when your board is full and your opponent is out of cards. You probably correct people when they say “zombie” instead of “ghoul.”
Demon Hunter
You play fast, die faster; No ragrats.

You didn’t just jump on the Illidan train - you are the train. When this class dropped back in 2020's Ashes of Outland set, you dove in headfirst and never looked back. You like cards that cost very little and do very much. Patience isn’t your strong suit, but who needs that when you’re drawing half your deck and flinging 10 damage across the board by turn five? Your friends probably ask if you’re okay when you say “I love Glide.”
Druid
Big mana, bigger dreams.

You have never met a 10-drop you didn’t like. You’re the kind of person who’s calm on the outside but secretly scheming to drop a 20/20 taunt on turn six. You think ramping is a lifestyle, not just a mechanic. You get a little twitchy when someone says “fair game.” You almost certainly own a houseplant and treat it better than most people treat their pets.
Hunter
Face is the place.

You value one thing above all else: damage. The board? Irrelevant. Card advantage? Meh. You’d trade your own kidneys if it meant your opponent died one turn faster. You’ve played more 2-drops than most people have seen in their lifetime. Deep down, you know you’re right - everyone else is just dragging out the inevitable. Most importantly though, you don't bother to give Blizzard much of your hard-earned money because who needs high-end cards when everything you care about is opened with ease?
Mage
Spell-slinger, rope-burner, board-clearer extraordinaire.

You like fireworks and showing off. You enjoy doing absolutely nothing for six turns and then dropping a lethal combo that makes your opponent Alt-F4. There’s a little showman in you, and you don’t mind losing as long as you got to do something cool (or hot, Fire is just as fun). Bonus points if your deck includes something randomly generated that wins the game by accident...
Paladin
Shiny shields, shinier cards.

You believe in order, structure, and the power of buffing a 1/1 until it deletes your opponent’s entire board. Your decks are clean, your boards are tidy, and your vibe is extremely “we’re going to win with honor (and stats).” If there’s a Divine Shield involved, you’re all in. Also, you’re probably playing the golden version of everything. I see you fellow Paladins.
Priest
You’re not winning, you’re suffering more efficiently.

You enjoy the long game. You don’t mind if nothing happens for 10 turns, because you’re busy planning. You’ve got heals, you’ve got annoying taunts, and you’ve got the patience of a saint. You also secretly enjoy the sound of someone conceding while you’re at full health and they’re staring down a wall of minions with 10-card hands.
Rogue
Style > substance. Bonus points if you get both.

You’re clever, or at least you like to think you are. You’re into slick combos, dirty tricks, and playing three cards in one turn like it’s nothing. You’ve died with five cards in hand and still felt smug about it. If you can win with flair, it’s worth it; Even if it took 40 tries. You’ve said “I had lethal last turn” more than once. No one believes you.
Shaman
You trust the heart of the cards a little too much.

You like chaos. You like the thrill of the roll. Whether you’re evolving minions or hoping that totem isn’t Healing Totem again, you live in the moment. Sometimes you high-roll. Sometimes you hit a 0/2 frog and cry. Either way, you’re here for a good time, not a consistent one. And somehow, you always think next game will go better.
Warlock
Power at any price, and you’ve got the receipt.

You’re not afraid of a little pain. You Life Tap, you trade, you draw. You know you’re losing… until you aren’t. You’ve got a weird relationship with your health total. Other players panic when they hit 10 life. You see it as a resource. Bonus points if you’ve ever died from your own spell and said “worth it” anyway.
Warrior
Hero Power button go brrr.

You appreciate the classics. Big weapons, big armor, big threats. You love hitting the hero power every turn, even when you don’t need to. Control Warrior? Love it. Aggro Warrior? Love it more. You’re a grinder at heart, and nothing feels better than watching your opponent’s win condition bounce off 30 armor. You’ve probably tanked lethal and still lived to BM about it.
Whether you love chaos, control, or going face, there’s a little truth in every class pick. Maybe you saw yourself in one. Maybe you saw your nemesis. Either way, we’re all just queuing up for another match, hoping this time the top deck loves us back, or patiently waiting for balance changes because our favourite class is perfect, if only Blizzard knew how to balance correctly.

My favorite class is Monk
Yo actually tho, where in the world is Monk? It would be interesting if they did that next year since this year seems to be all about a power level reset. It would give Monks a more even ground to stand on without making their cards just insanely overpowered.
Okay, Buzzfeed
Joke if you must but this article did pretty well!
