It is too strong as it is, DH will abuse this at empty hand every single time.

I am pretty sure it will be nerfed to; " Shuffle up to 4 cards in hand to deck draw 4. Outcast: opponent does the same."

    Or something alike that.

That way it is more balanced like a new redraw instead of autofill your hand every time as DH

As many others have shared, I don't like this card.

The effect has no counter-play, and it is not going to be enjoyable to be on the receiving end of this card. Moreover, other cards that don't have counter-play in Hearthstone don't usually feel as bad as this one likely is going to feel. For example, Bombs had no counter-play for quite some time, but they don't feel as bad psychologically simply because the effect is delayed and possibly never even experience throughout the game.

Hopefully this card is not very good in actual play, but it feels like it is going to be a very high-skill card that sees tons of play at high levels (sort of like a Loatheb.) Only time will tell, but here's hoping this card doesn't ruin Hearthstone.

I really like this card. I just don't like it in Demon Hunter. It feels like Team 5 is playing catch-up fro all the DH cards and just by happenstance making it to where DH has WAY MORE tools than every other.

This card is Illidan Stormrage's scrapped Battlecry from the alpha build of Hearthstone.

Prior to Alpha Patch 1, Illidan was a 7 Mana 7/7 with Battlecry: Both players discard 3 cards and draw 3 cards.

Obviously shuffling rather than discarding makes this less a complete middle finger to combo decks and more a half-raised middle finger to combo decks.

This card is pretty hard one to judge for me, because I like both of the effects sometimes (although I do believe the outcast effect is much more powerful). for starters this card is nutty if your top decking, for example it is nutty against control or combo, because the disruption effect is just really good against those type of decks (not much to say its just really solid).  On the other hand midrange decks aren't nearly as weak to the disruption effect as combo and control might be (unless they have like 8 or more cards in their hand), but that being said I don't think they gain that much from the disruption effect either and even if their hand does improve a bit it is still vastly outweighed by the fact you just effectually used sprint for 4 mana so still pretty insane. Against aggro tho I would just say it's just good, even as a top deck, while yes sprint for 4 mana is awesome you know whats even better, sprint for 0 mana or even a free shuffle 2-3 draw 4, it turns out giving an aggro deck a free reload is just never really advisable (go figure). I feel like most of the results are pretty similar if you  only have 1 other card in your hand, although it may be slightly worse against aggro if anything (but still probably "good"). Although when you have 2 or more other cards in your hand, I feel like this card really starts to show its weaknesses, and don't get me wrong I feel like against combo, control or just really large hands, its always good as long as its outcasted, but when its not, it just ends up being a slow draw 2. Against midrange it basically a slow draw 2 whether outcasted or not at best, at worst it can get your opponent out of a brick hand, witch just isn't that great. Against aggro it is absolutely terrible at this point, as its basically a draw 2 cards for 4 mana and if your forced to play while outcasted it's also a free reload for your opponent.

I think it has more good that bad applications, and is an all around solid card, but I think it is important to point out that this card does have its own flaws, and that this card won't always be played as a top deck in practice.

If your hand is empty (and with DH that's not an impossibility) this is essentially a much cheaper Sprint that also ruins your opponent's hand. That's kinda disgusting.

Are we sure that it does this with an empty hand? Because it says to shuffle to draw. If you don't have anything to shuffle, the effect *technically* shouldn't go off. Any thoughts or clarifications that anyone can offer here??

A total tech card.  But this can certainly disrupt control decks really hard, especially Priest and Warlock decks as they rely on being able to control their hand... and this card just resets their hard work at manipulating that.

The caveat to that is obvious, you going again Face Hunter and you're resetting their hand of hate for you.

The only real question I have is in situations when someone had triggered cards like Dragonqueen Alexstrasza or Galakrond, the Nightmare, will those card remain a cost of (1), or will it get reset?  I would imagine that it would have the same effect as Shirvallah, the Tiger as those cards directly state that they will change the cost of the card to (1).  Guess we will find out.

Shirvallah is a permanent discount based on the amount of Health you've restored throughout the game. Shuffling it would not change the cost in this case. In the case of the others mentioned, the effect is added once they are in hand. They are not permanent effects that can be applied while they are in the deck. So if shuffled back, the discount(s) will be gone.

Tempo DH can easily, EASILY empty their hand to play this before turn 5. It's not a tech card. It's not something you think about playing with an effect that could inconvenience you. it's 4 mana draw four, screw over your opponent.

Nope if your opponent is aggro, it actually will help them instead (or draw only 2)

Still basically resets the game to the beginning in an aggro vs aggro matchup. A net ZERO. Not even a net zero if your hand was empty, because it draws your four and then resets the game.

Also lets be real, if you're aggro and you let your opponent draw cards on your turn that's a game losing move.

Card quality. When your four cards are better than your opponents 4 cards it doesn't matter. And 4 cards from demon hunter are better than 4 cards of any class
