Just a little side thought: imagine how this card would have been with pre-nerf Preparation.
Now Rogue can get high cost playable spells too.
Spice Lord and self-proclaimed Meme Master.
so.. another 3 mana draw 3 with deck restriction.. hmm .. Raiding Party was surely stronger but ti's still 3 mana(or 1 with prep) draw 3...
excuse me what?
Don't forget that Rogue is the second best at generating lots of lackey, one of which discovers a dragon, meaning even if you don't draw your dragons, you still have an out.
Don't even need to get fancy, just run Faerie Dragon and a few others and you're good
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
They're really pushing dragon decks, huh?
Dragons are cool, At least they are not pushing Beast druids anymore. :)

of the potential "dragon decks" rogue would probably be my bet to be the least likely simply because Rogue does so many other things so well.
That said, Rogue could probably generate enough dragons on average to make this playable without much/any support besides Waxadred.
I wouldn't be shocked if this card is played as maybe a 1-of.
I am a bit scared of the power level of this expansion. I know, a new rastakhans rumble would be catastrophic for the sales. But we havent seen this powerful cards for a long time.
Never netdeck, craft Whizbang instead!
super strong card in rogue with all combo and add coins cards...
Better Sprint assuming Dragon Rogue becomes a thing. Given that most of Rogue's cards have been revealed and no dragons yet, I'm skeptical that will become a thing, especially when competing with two other really viable Rogue builds (Tempo and Burgle). So I'm negative on this one.
Sprint and auctioneer have been runned before with success. One of the best toghwalge treasures is the wand. Consequently, if more good dragon are released for rogue, then I can potentially see a tier 1 miracle dragon deck.
Draw 3 cards for 3 mana? Pretty nuts for sure.
If there will be some decent dragons rogue can put into tempo (or maybe dragon?) deck, this will be a very good card draw (also the fact that prep + sprint combo is weakened makes this card even better)
Inclined to agree: Dragon Rogue seems like a really cool idea, but will it find time in the sun when there are better archetypes out there? I just don't see it right now.
Great Card for Dragon-Rogue!
... but, except drawing 3 Cards, what is that Deck gonna do?

Ok, have another kick at our poor Arcane Intellect (which is still a good card!). If Dragon Rogue works, this card will be a big reason for it.
Rogues get a cheaper Nourish? Now thats scary.
I'm not yet sold on dragons in rogue, but this is nice if we do.
A better Arcane Intellect for rogue? Certainly will see play in dragon rogue decks.
I'm sorry for my bad english :)
I'm really looking forward to this new Galakrond Tempo Rogue, it looks fun for the old Rogue players. This is a good card obviously, but it forces you to run multiple dragons. I don't know if there will be ones that are "good" enough, but plenty of unrevealed cards remain!
You are right. Also you don't even need Faerie Dragon imo. with those huge lackey generation you will always find one. Even more in galakrond decks. :)

C'mon, I am playing Dragon Rogue since Blackrock Mountain. Dragons are always good in Rogue. Azure Drake were always in Rogue lists.
Highlander Dragon Rogue was one of my favorite decks in LoE times and after that in wild.
You need to explore more things in classes like trying Beast Mages, Spell Damage Warriors etc.
Game is funnier when you try things. Copy-pasteing netdecks are just boring.
I really don't understand how people enjoys to play this game only playing netdecks.
Tinkering decks, trying to stuff work is the most important part of the card games imo. I am really shocked when I see comments like this.
Sorry if I offended you. Just blowed up here so don't take it personally.

I think everyone is forgetting the new lackey which adds a dragon to your hand. You don't even need to run dragons beside Waxadred, with all the lackey generation cards and the Invoke mechanic, it should be easy to discover a dragon to activate this.
Rogue likes to draw cards, they like even more so to do it cheaply, however, needing a dragon in your hand means that you have to play a certain number of potentially clunky minions. That means this card might not be good in the sort of deck that wants those cards. Control decks often don't want to draw a bunch of cards, so Dragon Rogue will need to fall into a Combo or Tempo deck, and it might not be able to do that.
To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of the women.
Excelent draw engine if you play a dragon rogue deck!
A better but tribe-based Arcane Intellect. Seems good but with the current Dragon pool this isn't a good fit for Rogue. But as someone mentioned, when more smaller Dragons are added to the game, this becomes very viable.
Yep, this will be a staple if Dragon Rogue becomes a thing. Can also be used in a deck without THAT much Dragon synergy.
I am glad prep got nerfed otherwise we wouldn't have nice cards like this.
I am not 100% sure if dragon rogue will work, and I am also not 100% sure if rogue needs more draw, but 3 mana draw 3 is very good value, so I wouldn't be too surprised if dragon rogue becomes a thing.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Getting closer to 1-turn Chef Nomi draw everday!
Very nice card. I like the design - art and how it works. Arcane intellect but draws three instead of two? Yes, please
... No take Candle
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Even if Dragon Rogue isn’t a thing, any Rogue deck with sufficient Lackey generation will use this.
Sprint for less cost lol..Once again miracle rogue supporting cards..this will be in all miracle rogue deck XD
Great card draw, but for now I don't see rogue being able to properly use dragons. Maybe this could find a home in a Combo Malygos type of deck.
More dragons? Yes please!
one of the best cards of the expansion for me.
nothing else to say
Definitely a card that you’d run dragons for just to activate this. This alone would probably be enough to carry any subpar cards you’d need to run to activate it
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
3 mana draw 3 cards, that's enough said.
Rogue never had a class card dragon before, hope they would get few more than just Waxadred, it will be a celebration for rogues who like dragons too.
Every class with getting new dragon supports seems to be very good, looks like there will be sort of competition of who will be the best according to meta, not every class is going to be played at high rate.
It looks like we might see some dragon rogue decks. If so, this card is amazing.
In a dragon deck: 3 mana draw 3 cards? Maybe with the help of Prep? So much better than Arcane Intellect, maybe just a couple of dragons (low cost) will be played in rouge decks
Not everyone is mother tongue! Roar.
Very hard to judge this card as of now. On the surface its obviously very strong, but we have yet to see if a Dragon Rogue deck could even possibly be a thing. With more support this card will be exceptionally powerful.
I think this card is overestimated. I think it's kind of bad and rogue got the short stick this expansion looking at most of the cards already released.
This card is only good if you have a dragon in your hand, so it only works consistently in decks that have a good number of them. Now, do really rogues want to put 8 bad cards in their deck just so they can draw 3 cards with 3 mana? i highly doubt so.
Unless they reveal 4 dragons that for some reason rogues want to run 2 copies of, i don't see such a deck working at all
This card is insane, will be an auto-include card in dragon Rogues decks.
I too enjoy making decks, I just hadn't seen enough direct support to pique my interest in it. I have indeed put Untamed Beastmaster+Book of Specters and enjoyed it. I was just trying to say that from all the rogue cards that are revealed, I'm way more excited for deathrattle rogue or a highlander rogue. I am by no means saying that people shouldn't experiment with what they find fun, and if you do have a good dragon rogue, let me know of some of synergies you find fun with it.
This card be either insanely strong or unplayable depending on rogue possibility to play enough dragons. I don't believe Waxadred alone can make Candle Breath a thing. But i might be wrong =)
i mean.. compare it to arcane intellect, you're basically getting an extra card for having a dragon in your hand. this is pretty strong.
Really strong and really easy to pull off.
Draw 3 card for 3 mana it's huge (or 1 with Preparation). In a deck with some dragon is a really strong card and we will see it a lot in next months
Very strong card, just not sure if rouges can run a dragon deck right now.
When compared to Sprint this seems wayyyyy too good.
1-cost with preparation Draw 3 cards.....seems fair, oh wait not, only reason for Dragon Rogue to exists, seems really nasty in tempo as well since you most likely willgetthe Add a dragon Lackey many times.
3 mana draw 3 is amazing, so this card will see play.
Seeing how Rogue has received no other dragon other than Waxadred I'm not really sold anymore.
There aren't really any neutral dragons good enough to build a deck around (at best there's Nightmare Amalgam)
Maybe it could be good in a Highlander Rogue with Alexstrasza, Waxadred, Amalgam and some other halfway decent neutral dragons (like the chunky 5-mana 5/5 that draws a card)
Definitely not enough dragons to build a deck with two of these.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
a better sprint but dragon rogue wont be good
3 Mana draw 3 is really good, but what combo are we searching for?
Since I can't see this being run without dragons it's basically a 3 mana draw 3 which is great in rouge and even without a dragon its sprint but -1 mana and card so I expect to see this a lot
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
I don't think that a rogue deck that runs a lot of dragons will work. This card might be a nice addition to a Waxadred deck, but in this case it strongly relies on drawing Waxadred early. I think rogue has access to enough card draw that is more consistent than this card.
Really powerful but maybe rogue is getting too much card draw haha. The deck eventually runs out of cards afterall
Drawing 3 cards for 3 mana is fantastic, while drawing 3 cards for 6 mana is average (meaning it is terrible competitively). For comparison after being nerfed to 6 mana, Nourish was abandoned by all Druid decks until Untapped Potential came out and even then it is only played AFTER the quest is completed.
Jaina is best waifu. Always.
Could Highlander Dragon Rogue be an actual thing?
I can see it already - it would be the go-to filled-with-dragons deck with Shadowstep and Spirit of the Shark to use the most of powerful Battlecries and Combos, namely that of Frizz Kindleroost.
I love the design of this card! I'm definitely gonna give dragon rogue a try. Drawing 3 for 3 mana sounds too good to not getting played.
Sprint is out of here!
3 mana draw 3 is just good. This provides good incentive to run a dragon rogue deck.
Draw for Dragon decks. There are going to be lot of interesting cool combos with Galakrond Dragon decks.
I have no idea what has breath to do with drawing cards, but draw 3 for 3 is big. Autoinclude to any dragon rogue decks (if there will be any).
Fun and interactive game.
