epic meme
no way this seeing play
I guess in control versus aggro this could be good? Or maybe as a mill card?
I can already see this being played in my big paladin deck
Not bad, but not weird enough to build a deck around it.
Another meme epic card, but they're fun to play. This would work best against classes with tons of low cost cards like Rogue and Mage.
Well it's over
Imagine, "stealing" the cost of your opponents shirvallah...
But that aside, it seems really not that good.
Wait for those Trollden-moments when one destroys Maly-combo with Shirvallah :D Otherswise, 1 star.
Epic filler. Sigh. This is way too situational to be played in a competitive deck.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?
Harry James Potter-Evans-Verres, hpmor.com
Funny meme.
It would work best on a deck with a lot of high cost cards when playing versus a deck with low cost cards.
The problems with this card are multiples: paying 5 mana for a 6/5, the high inconsistency of the card, the fact that the opponent is going to be the first one to have a chance to play the card that he drew.
Being a meme epic I'll surely open 4 of them, it's a trend
This is one of those niche epics that you will open 6 copies of.
Yeah this likely won't see too much play. The obvious usage is within big decks, but it doesn't really come out early enough for the mana cheat to be considerably impactful. Could be pretty nice to give your opponent a 10 mana Innervate though.
I love it :D Of course its not competitive, but disturbing your opponents cards and mind is always fun. I will find a way for it in my decks x)
Never netdeck, craft Whizbang instead!
For the memes in my Shudderwock deck.
Strange card. It will probably not be played, unless in some niche decks. But it has good stats though, a common sight this expansion. Power creep much lol
In theory this might work in a deck with lots of heavy minions. But i believe it's not worth to play) Just a fun epic expansion filler. And i'd prefer another ways to destroy an opponent's combo - Hecklebot and Dirty Rat if we talk about Wild.
Every deck has costs all over the place it's too inconsistent to be actually used, this kind of effect rarely sees play specially effects that are random And depend on your opponent's cards...
Yes if your curve is high you can screw them but you won't be idle all early game for such effects.. Even Astral druid runs wild growth and innervate..
Can see play in some wild mill deck.
I rate it 1 star for sure.
By The Holy Light!
Strange Card, could probably fit in some weird Mill-Deck. Or maybe a Combo-Deck with Mischief Maker?
Also, 5 Mana 6-5 draw a Card seems good enough for Arena.

Seems to be another meme card just like Drakkari Trickster, but it could potentially have use in a crazy combo deck in the future. I wouldn't have guessed Ancient Brewmaster would be a staple in a paladin otk deck, and yet it was, so you never know.
Big Paladin may finally be a thing!
Nasty anti-Aggro tool.
But probably only some Midrange decks will actually use it.
Could be of some use in a Big minions deck, specially if your opponent is aggro...
Guess we're not gonna spend a lot of dust on neutral epics
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Meme card. Yes it has some anti-aggro potential but too highroll-y. You need a lot of luck for this to work.
I'll try one in my wild Shudderwock deck to take advantage of faster decks, and potentially disrupt combo decks. However, I don't see this as a strong turn 5 play against aggro.
Let's say you play priest you run sw pain or forbidden words right? You play this card, you draw forbidden words, they draw leeroy..
Yep perfect anti aggro tool.
Must... not... make... a joke... about... hentai.
I really don't see what deck wants Tentacled Menace. The vanilla statline helps it a bit, but the effect is really weird. I guess in a "Big" deck like Big Paladin you could use this to try and swap costs, but it's typically the case that "Big" archetypes still have to include lots of cheap removal tools cards, and Tentacled Menace really wants your mana curve to be bad/unplayable to make this work consistently.
Maybe Big Warrior can get value out of this, because where other classes have cheap ways to get big stuff out (Paladin has Duel!, Druid has ramp, etc.) Warrior's "Big" payoffs are expensive (e.g. Dimensional Ripper, The Boom Reaver, and The Boomship).
Revolves entirely around your opponent drawing a cheap card and you drawing an expensive one, and works against you in any other situation. Looks kinda bad
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
Another card to help control decks reach their endgame.
“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.” ― George Bernard Shaw
EU Legend: S52 (ZooHeal Lock); S76 (Highlander Hunter);
'''Cool''' Effect but this is not going to see competitive play, 1/5
Or, you know, you draw Plague, they draw whatever card...?
I said "nasty", not "perfect".
I said "some Midrange deck", not "whatever deck".
This is just absurd. Literally nobody will ever play this - I mean, in 4 months I can honestly say I never once have seen Mischief Maker nor do I ever recall seeing Griftah. Boo this card. Boo him!
this isnt really the big shaman support i was looking for. could be strong though, control decks looking to slow down aggro, maybe make leeroy cost 10??
Not even good against aggro because if you're playing control you need your opponent to run out of cards ASAP.
Gosh dang it, cards bad.
maybe for mill deck? Not in wild, murloc so much better, but in standart, but looks very bad.
Fun card but not competitive. Will see play is some meme decks for fun, but I don't think it will see a lot of play in ladder.
uh... wow sure
Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
This won't likely be in a serious competitive deck, but it will be a lot of fun in a big deck.
Why are all of the neutral epics weird meme cards?
It is a little frustrating how this card was almost an amazing card. If it made each player draw a minion, then you could play it in a big minion deck, or just in a deck that wants to tutor specific minions. This card could have been an interesting deck building card, but instead it will just be disappointing to open.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Can be playable in high cost decks but I think 5 mana for this makes it unplayable.
I'm sorry for my bad english :)
That's an interesting mechanic - not super consistent - but will see Trolden plays ^^
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
I hear you like RNG, have more EPIC Rng. >.<
I dont know about this one. Funny card, but likely not played, maybe arena? Stats are playable.
I like mechanic and it could help in some big paladin or big warrior decks. The issue is that it draws any card and all decks will run some cheap cards. If this was draw a minon or a spell, it would be easier to built a deck around it. The effect is just too inconsistent and can backfire.
More dragons? Yes please!
It can highroll vs aggro of course, but most of the time it´ll be a useless card
I feel like as long as you aren't playing this in an Aggro deck its probably not that bad, and if you're playing some crazy control deck with lots of expensive stuff this has a lot more highroll potential, which is fun.
To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of the women.
Too inconsistent, no good.
Really disappointed in the Neutral Epics; outside of Kobold Stickyfinger they seem to all be meme-level or filler. This could see use in a Big archetype, but it probably won't because who really wants to risk it?
There seems to be a lot of slower, Control-oriented cards in DoD. Swapping the cost of a beefy late-game minion with a 2- or 3-cost spell or minion is one of the best outcomes for this card. However, it goes both ways. Most spells that you'd include in your deck are on the cheap side (let's say, at or below 5 Mana), and having a key removal or combo spell's cost increased because of bad luck would be pretty frustrating. I don't think it'll have enough reliable upside to put in your deck.
Hard to say where it belongs, but I like the effect none of the less.
In super big decks it could be playable i guess, super niche card though.
Very very interesting card. Hard to evaluate too. The statline/mana alone makes it competitive, so all you need is a greedy deck with predominantly high-cost cards and this will find a home there.
This card is just bad. Drawing a card for your opponent, even when (at best) increasing its cost, is just not worth it. This card won't see play in any format
to much rng to see play
Meme card. Very weak as most RNG cards.
For you to play it turn 6 vs aggro means that your opponent probably has enough mana to play the drawn card, and he will thank you for the draw. Unless it hits giant or Shivala, but that's going to be your highlight of 1/10 games.
Big minion decks use good big minions and little to no minion techs.
Playing this will not go well.
pretty good card for "possibly" lowering your cost especially against aggro and the minion is decent sized too..feels like a tech card more than a staple card..
Will be hilarious to play in big minion decks.
Maybe not worth it. By the time both are near turn 6, maybe the bigger mana cards will be swapped, so not much advantage.
Could be good in decks control decks against agro decks. In general I'm all for combo disruption cards.
Funny mechanics, but it's inconsistent thanks to RNG. Maybe we will see Tentacled Menace as tech card for some tournament decks
Mostly meme, but could be fun to try in some Big paladin builds.
Do you put this in a big minions deck? I think this card will be meme tier only.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Meme card but makes for some great youtube highlights.
I really want a mill rogue with this card. It might harm myself more than the opponent but still I want to try it.
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
And more tech. I'll take it. If I drop it, It will go straight in my antifun police wild priest deck.
Elders Scrolls : Legends / Runeterra
Fun card that disrupts or creates combos/aggro plays etc. Will see play in control.
it could be anything a 4 mana 7/7 or a 1 mana 12/12 or even a 25 mana 1/1
Potentially disruptive or mana cheat, but I don't think it will actually be useful
Step 1 Draw own giant
Step 2 Draw their combo piece
Step 3 Win
But in seriousness, I don't see this working too well unlesss all your cards are high cost maybe it could work with embiggen since that would increase the cost of your dudes but otherwise, this might backfire horribly
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
This would be great as an effect of a 1 or 2-cost spell. As is, too unreliable to work, sadly.
This card is not consistent enough to see competetive play, but at least it will give us some nice Trolden moments.
Yea sadly there's no way this will be a viable card. That said, will be fun to play in highrolly decks
An interesting pseudo-anti-aggro card. Play this and draw an expensive AoE, set its cost to 2 or 1 mana because it switched costs with your opponent’s small minion’s cost. Or if you are playing a slower, greedier deck, get a meaningful discount to win back tempo later. Probably ultimately too inconsistent to see play in the long run.
Jaina is best waifu. Always.
Meme potential with deck swapping. Will be featured by Trolden at least once.
Fun card for sure, but I feel this can make you loose more often. A risky pick even in arena despite balanced stats.
If you're control playing against aggro decks, it's OK I guess. But you are drawing a card for them and you don't want that. And maybe the card you draw has the same cost as yours. It's the kind of card that when you get it in a pack you curse your luck.
One of many meme neutral epics. It can be used in fringe big decks, but I have no hopes this will be in meta.
Fun and interactive game.
Unclear if this will reveal what your opponent drew, like a joust?
