Last Monday we saw a new Esports support bundle hit the Hearthstone shop which contained a brand new hero - The Thunder King!
Well, today it was announced that the $750,000 Prize Pool contribution cap has been reached which means they've sold 75,000 bundles! This doubles the amount of money in the Hearthstone Masters series this year and ensures all invited competitors go home with at least $500. It makes one wonder if this new Shaman hero is one the most popular for-pay cosmetic heroes or if he is sitting at the bottom of the barrel. Regardless, more prizing for esports events is quite cool.

Masters Bundle Availability
Although the prize pool cap has been reached, the bundle continues to be available. You have until July 1, 2019 to purchase your Masters Bundle for $20 USD which comes with the following:
- 10 Rise of Shadows Packs
- 10 Rastakhan's Rumble Packs
- 1 Stolen Thunder Card Back
- 1 Thunder King Shaman hero (Lei Shen!)

Wish the hero skin was Mage, Hunter, or Warrior. I already have two alt skins for Shaman. And I’m trying to avoid Shaman as it’s the only class I have my golden hero for. I’m way over the 500 wins for that class and in some I’m only around half way!
With the current Dalaran themed expansion a Mage hero would have been better (like making Khadgar available again...?).
This. I'd love another shot to get Khadgar, Tyrande or even something that has less than 2 skins already. (Pally, Shaman) I'd even take something new and Kirin Tor themed like Rhonin.
Morgl is the only Shaman Hero I need.
This is a great business model to support the competitors and get discounted packs. Hoping the hero skins become a regular thing.

Giving $5/$20 to the prize pool is pretty cool. While I understand the cap, it would be better if it was just a lower percentage after this threshold so that folks could still support the players. See if they can sell another 25,000 bundles with $2/$20 going to the players.
Good. I’d gladly pay for a bundle every tournament if it means the players have a better prize pool. I’m sure I’m not alone in this sentiment
