I had a great time drooling over the new releases yesterday on stream with you Flux :P. as a Nintendo fanboy myself and especially a zelda one I am very much looking forward to anything zelda related. Also pokemon and Mario Maker.
Nintendo had a pretty killer presentation this year. I'm personally really excited for Cadence of Hyrule and Mario Maker 2 since they are so close, but there's lots of cool stuff to look forward to over the next year.
I was hoping that Spyro would come to the Switch at the beginning of the year.. so glad that it is
Final Fantasy VIII is one of my favorite FFs, so perhaps I need to own it for yet-another system lol.
Between all of the Zelda games, FFVIII, Spyro, and Bayonetta 3 - not to mention what's already out - I'm more than ready to jump aboard the Switch train.
This is exactly why I held off on buying it. I'm super bumped to play some Spyro again

I haven’t played a proper Pokémon game since Platinum and I am super excited for Sword and Shield. I’ll probably go with the Sword Doggo and I’m hoping to get my brother-in-law to give Shield a try, since he likes Pokémon but hasn’t played the games.
I also loved the Banjo and Kazooie reveal for Smash, though I don’t have the game
I make bad custom Hearthstone cards sometimes.
Man, Link's Awakening was MY Zelda game growing up. I played the hell out of that, over and over again. It's my hands-down favorite of the series, no question. I can't wait to play the Switch remake!
Mine too! I love it so much! I had no idea it was being remastered. It looks terrible when I try to play it on PS2 on my tv. I've been resisting getting a Switch. Guess I have to get one now.
Pokemon games in recent times have been the bane of my existence. Sun and Moon sits unfinished (as does Ultra S&M) because I'll stop playing it for a week and then not feel like picking it back up. This actually happens with more games than just Pokemon but damn is it frustrating beyond belief.
Even Lets Go Pikachu was never finished, though I could see myself jumping back into that sometime since its a familiar world (Kanto) and I won't feel like I'm lost.
I hope Sword and Shield will break that mold for me. I love the GO series "see what you can catch" mechanic so it should be interesting going into a new, much more open, world and catching me some new mons.
I think I'm going to main Sword, I've had both reserved and paid for though since the announcement.

Meanwhile here I am, already have it for the PS4. Between the Reignited Trilogy, and the N. Sane Trilogy (also now available on Switch), it's weird to think that these flagship games are no longer PS exclusive, although they don't obsolete the original trilogies where are obviously still PS1 exclusive. Reignited is pretty good, and I like that it even comes with an option to use the original PS1 soundtrack, which is a feature the N. Sane Trilogy does not have (and is a huge minus on Activision's part).
Now waiting for Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled. Super excited. I'm hoping Activision learned from their (seemingly deliberate) mistake, and include an original music option. It releases in 6 days.
Looks so good.
EDIT: Alright, so it seems that Activision only published the N. Sane Trilogy, not make it. Still though, not including the original soundtrack is basically like intentionally and consciously, shooting yourself in the foot for just your own personal amusement.
