Not too sure about thread placement, but figured this was the most logical place for it. And so I wanted to ask whats an "Avatar theme" it's listed in profile customization but I haven't seen anyone with one and don't have any of my own so I was just kind of wondering what it was.

It is the thing around my image. It basically is just a cool thing to customize your thread posts.

That I know of, yes
They also have themes for members that donate to the Patreon. The one I have is the bronze tier, but they also have silver and gold tiers.

Avatar Themes are definitely a rarity at the moment! The philosophy behind them is that they won't be very easy to get because if everyone has them, they become less unique.
I can confirm these are the ones currently available.
Though, Deck Architect isn't really available since it's a placeholder and I'm not sure what we're going to do with that one. I'm thinking we'll do something deck related that requires people to create the best guides on the site. Maybe it becomes a permanent border for those people or it'll rotate in and out based on how active they are.
