Pretty strong topdeck, I guess Demon Hunters won't run out of cards...like ever.
If it draws the card, it's awesome. But if it doesn't - it sucks really. Pretty much hit or miss.
Super solid card. Decent stats and you can easely get the outcast when either topdecking of mulligan for it. Just a really good DH card for neaely every DH deck.
You know what's funny? It's a pretty decent Card. It's fairly stated, efficient, and you could probably put it into every DH Deck and it would work just fine.
... And it's still by far the weakest Card that Demon Hunter got!

DH have a huge draw potential, just need a card to kill his own minion to play Mecha'thun on wild. :D
Wow, MORE card draw for DH! These guys will just never run out of steam. Also, a solid turn 1 play, even without the draw.
I think this card will be better in combo type decks that mainly want to play this for the draw and not necessarily for the good 1-drop. Most of the time you won't be able to trigger this on turn one, which is fine, but makes it a less powerful tempo play.
All in all an amazing card, but I don't think it will be quite as good as Kobold Librarian.
Its hard to imagine some variant of DH not being very good this meta.
Strong zoo card. Will probably be in the more aggressive DH decks.
Unless, you sprint to fatigue ..!
This card is incredibly strong. 2/1 for 1 mana is already nice for aggressive decks, and drawing a card for free is fantastic.
This card looks amazing and it won't be a dead draw late game as it can replace itself. It won't be too useful against ping classes but they will have to spend the hero power to take care of it.
auto include in every fast DH deck it's Kobold Librarian but outcast is not as consistent
Strong 1-drop. I really think Outcast is going to be a lot easier to trigger than it should be.
A typical cycle card which will be auto included in DH deck. Not much to complain about this as it is pretty balanced.
Absolutely nuts. 1 mana draw a card is always good, and I don't see this being stuck in hand too much. Will be played in every single DH deck.

It's...fine? Without the Outcast the card is terrible, so you really need to play this at the appropriate time. You can't really mulligan for it, though, unless it lands in your far-left slot. Definitely harder to play versus Kobold Librarian.
Really strong 1-drop. Draw effect are almost always played and nice top deck too
When most of your cards are bad, Kobold Librarians are always good to get you to the meat. Demon hunters will have this problem for some time, so a worse librarian will probably keep their decks running until then.
Not necessarily. In fast decks, likely. In something slower like a midrange/control variant, depends on how badly you need the card draw. As they already have a ton of it in this class, Blazing Battlemage and Battlefiend are much better 1 drops.
Kobold Librarian on cracks : d great card - it can remove big minions (when they have a low health) or fel imp for example and even draw a card - DH will be insane - Blizz always does that - even in wow - when a new class is introduced - IT IS ALLMIGHTY
Awkward if it ends up in the middle of your hand, but very good if you can trigger outcast.
Will surely go to zoo/aggro DH, not sure for slower DH decks, though.
It's a strong top deck minion, but it needs outcast or it's just a worse Kobold Librarian, Worgen Infiltrator or that 2/1 troll healer

With that much card draw, I really wanted some shuffle cards for DH.
All the DH flavour in one card. Seems fast, slightly unfair and sinister.

A topdeck card that topdecks? And what if you topdeck this twice? We have to go deeper.
I know right? for an aggro class, they have loads of efficient card draw, enought to make rogue sweat a little and make hunt to turn green in envy.
So, another turn 1 draw a card. Auto include in aggro DH.
A great cycle tool for 1 mana that any DH would love to utilize.
