It looks strong but I fear it's going to be made irrelevant by the complete lack of draw in Priest at the moment.
You'd want to pull this as early as possible to get to buffing it before your opponent racks up enough minions to actually kill it.
Then there'S the problem of Zephrys still being around to offer convenient answers.
Basically this looks like a lot of effort for a very little payoff. The best thing about it is being a 1-mana 1/3 with Lifesteal that an aggressive deck will probably lose to if they don't deal with it quickly, so maybe you run it just for that reason and the Prime is just a bonus that might show up from time to time.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
This art and the Prime version remind me of that Hot Chip video where a floating head shows up at a boy band concert and laser beams everybody.
It looms really good, draw dependent but really good. Might be a natural fit in ress priest decks. Prevents fatigue if you ress the 1/3 at worst, or you just make your opponents life a living nightmare. (It already is when playing against any priest, but even still, it would be even worse.)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
this is actually a small buff to that shaman legendary weapon that summons legendary minions at the same cost of spells.
play lightning bolt, get this, then get the prime minion later.
No more Chameleos
Artwork is satisfyingly unsettling - if that can be a thing - half way in-between mushroom & psychosis
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
A good minion on it's own, and both Reliquary of Souls and Reliquary Prime have a nice synnergy with Psyche Split. There is only the question if Priest will be strong enough after the recent changes.
I'm personally not sold on either the base version or the prime version of this card, but interestingly enough this is the only prime that can be tutored out of deck, since it's 1 mana and can be hit by Skydiving Instructor.
It's kind of cute but I'm just not seeing Reliquary Prime as being good enough to win games. Gets destroyed by all kinds of non-targetting destruction - Flik, Twisting Nether, the new Warlock legendary, Brawl, Deadly Shot, I mean, Zephrys annhilates this card. The whole buff gameplan this card wants to fit in doesn't have the draw for this.
Does this go into Res Priest? Honestly, probably not. Res Priest wins Control games without needing this card - just play Galakrond and don't play Bad Luck Albatross. Against Aggro decks Res Priest needs their Turn 9 Mass Resurrection or Catrina Muerte to be impactful - summoning a 1/3 is not enough defense.
You would want to buff this Prime as much as you can as fast as you can and make it your winning condition. It has the potential, but can it do it? I like it and I will definitely try to build a deck around it. Too bad More arms is rotating. You need to set up a big turn with the new Power word: Shield and other buffs to make this minion immortal.

Really good card against aggro, something that priest is definitely missing. It also synergises pretty well with the Activate the Obelisk quest. Definitely a nice control tool.
It's a decent defensive 1-drop that gives you a slightly worse Winged Guardian. Still a decent card when compared to most of Priest's other cards.
Great card if you get it early enough. One of the only good cards Priest received this expansion.
it's a 1 mana 1/3 do we even have those left in standard? definetly not in classic anymore.. it's a great buff target!
the prime is ok. the problem is that this is a legendary.. you might want more buff targets..
zoo dragon buff priest maybe?
It looks strong indeed and Priest is one of the class that can abuse of "Hexproof" mechanics. U can copy, buff and heal his Prime version...but i don't know if that is enough to build a deck for this purpose
The first one is extremely meh, but the Prime version is pretty gnarly! I'd give it a try.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
It could work great with Activate the Obelisk, but the base form seems rather lacking. Plus, as YourPrivateNightmare noted, you have to actually draw the Prime version for it to be of any use; easier said than done.
It is a 1 mana 1/3 with Lifesteal. I'm still not fully convinced the "Primes" will work in classes without good card draw.
decent prime generated from this. I think this would be a nice card in res priest decks. as it creates a frustrating wall.
Weird, disturbing flavor - I like it! Really annoying vs aggro if you drop it early.
Oddly, I think that I prefer the base card to the prime here. A 1/3 with lifesteal can do as much damage to aggro as a northshire on turn 1. Maybe less powerful than northshire, but I'm a fan. The Prime is a lifesteal taunt with hexproof, which doesn't really feel like it shores up this card's weakness against slower decks. If you built around buffing this prime alongside maybe cards like Zerek, you could probably do something of note, but that seems unlikely.
This post is discussing the wild format.
Really hoping this Prime can take off, priest need a new win condition.
I mean, this is interesting, but is it really worth it? How many buffs spells are you playing in your deck so that by the time you have drawn this guy twice you still have enough buff spells to make the prime version an actual threat? This card is made to be in a board based buff type deck, and maybe it will be good in a deck like that, but I just don't see this guy as being as much of a threat as the other primes.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Nah, it's better than Winged Guardian because Reliquary Prime can be copied with impunity.
I wish Reliquary Prime was an epic card instead of a Legendary token.
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
This will mirror your dread, first small, just a bit of screaming, but in the end it's impossible to put down.
Seems pretty decent I guess, but you’d need a pretty slow deck to really use it. Maybe the priest rework’s gonna be enough with the new cards to make that happen again though
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
While the base card seems weak, it can still counter threats against aggro decks. The Prime is where it shines, however, as it can be buffed but not removed by spells.
This seems like a good adition to control/highlander priest. May not be played just because priest can't draw cards consistently anymore (rip norshire).
After the hole Northshire Cleric left on Priest's early game, it's a pretty good 1 drop that can scale out of control against aggro if they don't answer it immediatly (remember, Priest became a buff focused class). It's Prime is pretty ok too, though it's definitely not game changing.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
The art is amazing. The starting body is amazing. The prime body is amazing. 5/
I got chance to play this card during private fireside gathering and love the entry animation! It’s beautiful!
I played this card during unlisted fireside gathering and was totally in awe of the entry animation of the card when played. God’s job Team 5.
