It says "damages" not "attacks". And it's neutral transform effect.

only if there is a card like The Beast Within for every minions, just like Single Combat in runeterra.

Neutral Polymorph would be hilarious tho.

Well, after considering giving rush with Goblin Lackey is a thing, I can say that it can actually be good in lackey classes and also with Magic Carpet.

Seems hilarious, I guess the best place for this is with classes that can give it rush, specially with the rush lackey.

Well it needs to attack to target a minion you want to transform, an opponent won't trade into it.

unless you can give it rush and then it's kind of a 2 for 1, and even then you still might need to deal with it on the opponent's side of the board so they don't ruin all your minions as well.

It's like the 2/1 poisonous snake in rogue it's kind of easy to get rid of in constructed.

Well, you have Rocket Augmerchant and lackeys. 2 mana, 2 cards, transforming annoying deathrattle minion in ressurect priest is worth it.

Not bad if you give it Rush (Carpet anyone?).

If there is a need for transform effects then I could definitely see this played with a support package. They payoff could be huge (although you have to kill the enemy Sporeling or else you get the clapback)

Its basically an aggro deck counter to res priest. All you need to do is to give this minion rush and your res priest days are over. Just use a Magic Carpet, an already established good enough card for zoo type decks.

Other than that, this minion gets obviously dangerous as the game progresses since even the biggest card just turns to a 1/2 minion if even so much touched by it. But the difficulties in giving this minion rush (and not saddle yourself with minions like Rocket Augmerchant) balances it out.

Oh, and embiggen druid can barely interact with this thing without transforming one of its minions, so it counters that too. But obviously if we start seeing too many of this thing then 2 damage dealers will become meta very quickly.

Kinda a meme, but i wrecks control decks. Image this against a ress priest that for some reason has no way to counter it. I like it.

It wrecks nobody. Maybe slightly annoys res priest but not much more. I once played as a control shaman against a res priest. I transformed two of his minions into frogs, three minions into murlocs. He resurrected only his good minions anyway, mass res gave him 2\3 normal minions and only one frog. It's useless. Thank god they didn't print any new res cards for priest. Maybe this archetype will finally die.

You can give 1x Zul'Drak Ritualist a try in your deck if you have a space for it! But it's pretty bad against every other decks though. It is very effective one against Resurrection Priest.

Its a tech card, albeit very clunky one that sometimes work. Transform effects should not be underestimated, and against res priest that is more so the case. I'm not saying this card is the greatest card in the world and we're going to see this everywhere, just stating some obvious use of the card. Its certainly unique in what it does.

This card could revive Odd Rogue in Wild. Maybe.

a different take on poisonous effect..a 1 mana kind of sheep but keep in mind..once you turn your opponent's minion into one they can do the same to you..so double edged sword

The effect is very weird and cool, but not impactful enough to see any serious play.

Interesting card with an unique effect. It can remove every minion withou trigger deathrattle or other effect...but the downside is that the opponent will have the same minion to use against you. Maybe this card can find a spot in token druid

Against aggro, this mostly serves to remove minion tribes while trading. Possibly disruptive, but after the early turns this can be removed easily. Maybe give it rush and use as a polymorph?

A neutral transform effect can be dangerous if this is given rush. 

fortunately that requires a 2 card set up that I don't think most classes are keen on implementing in their constructed decks 

What a wonderful card. I'd love to see it together with Mass Hysteria, but that'd be just unfair.

This can be a surprise tech that is very annoying to deal with. I like it.

Basically a zombie plague sort of effect. This spawns more of itself, slowly but surely disrupting the game.

I've seen people run disruption-oriented decks, what with warlock's Chaos Gazer, among others. This will find a place in decks like that. Whether those decks are any good is something else. Big Priest in Wild fears this card.

Very strong removal effect, and unique as well. Very curious to test this one.

If you can give this rush then it becomes a very scary removal card. But otherwise it is just too easy to kill.

The main issue I have with this card is that it can backfire on you. If you turn your opponents minion into an Infectious Sporeling then they can turn your minion into an Infectious Sporeling. So all in all I think this card may be a lot more trouble than it is worth.

Another anti Rez priest tool. Love it!
