I really want to like this card. He's like a cheeky Teemo: cast a spell to give him elusive, cast again to negate removal... The problem is that Ionia elusive decks exist, and they will just block this guy with a Greenglade Duo or Assasin or even Bladescout and then that will be that. The good news is that this probably means Ionia elusive burn as we know it will ultimately be significantly nerfed. The bad news is that if Fizz is any good, elusive burn decks are just hoping to rise up to counter them--and if he's bad, then we'll he's bad. Therefore I can't see giving him any higher than 2:5.
that's very narrow way to think about fizz..
fizz is a 1 drop, you pay 1 mana to play him.. that's it.. and it got elusive when you cast any spell in the round while being annoying to deal with.. if fizz can trade up into a 3 or 4 cost elusive then it's great.. isn't it?
