Hm, hunter need some good beasts.
-=alfi=-
Has bad synergy with other choose one beasts in druid, and the beast tokens they got, the copy effefct seems good for the 7 mana 6/8 beast
has synergy with [Hearthstone Card (embeggen) Not Found] but as far as I know that's not the archtype druid plays currently.
it makes much more sense in hunter, the keleseth effect I mean..
we will need to see what they get to synergize with it.
An interesting card, if not only for the fact that it's the first time a non-druid class can but a choose one card in their deck.
If you draw it on curve in your assumed-viable beast aggro deck, then this is a 3-mana prince keleseth.
May also be useful in a combo that kills your opponent with two ~BEAST~ with charge?
This post is discussing the wild format.
"TRUTH IS FOUND IN DEATH" -Prince Keleseth. Seems like a SOLID hunter card, but not sure about druid. It does have "Choose One" which means it works well with quest. Maybe there will be some aggro beast (Quest?) druid deck? Not sure how well it might compete with Spell/Glowfly Swarm Druid.
Basicly strong for Hunter, weak but with some potential for druid.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
10 manas: Dinotamer Brann + Shan'do Wildclaw = 16 dmg
Beast Druid 2: Scholomance Boogaloo!
Just kidding, it's a hunter card ofc.
Everyone is talking Prince Keleseth, but this is actualy a mix between Prince Keleseth and Prince Taldaram! (with the minions stats keeped) And both of those were pretty good in the right deck. Even with the beast restriction, i still think it is an insanely powerful and versatile card.
Do you also like Elden Ring? Then you should check out my Elden Ring inspired Duels Heroes!
Seems bad on paper, and probably in practice, it's either just a 3 mana copy of a beast or a stat boost to selective minions in your deck which seems pretty good, but I really don't expect much from this.
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
Is it just me or does the card art not look like a legendary card? I honestly thought this was a common or a rare when I first saw it because it looks like the average everydayDruid.
This is pretty crazy and looks like fun. I do enjoy cards that buff my deck, but can you imagine playing this after Dinotamer Brann?
Official Lorekeeper and Spinner of Tavern Tales
Worth considering I guess, in hunter, but Beast druid was something long gone and forgotten (it will need a lot of support to be remembered again :) ).
“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.” ― George Bernard Shaw
EU Legend: S52 (ZooHeal Lock); S76 (Highlander Hunter);
So you can get an unconditional Keleseth on turn 3 if you build a beast heavy deck. Or you canget a 3-mana Faceless in a big beast deck.
If Beast Hunter was ever to be a thing, now is the time (assuming we get more smaller beasts and some amount of extra draw). Big Beast Druid is probably not happening, that deck (if it even exists) would rely on Strength in Numbers to carry it and this just clashes.
I really like the idea of dual class legendaries, I'm just worried that it's going to be really hard to balance them if they're OP in one class but not the other (this one won't be a problem thanks to the Choose one seperation)
Oh and btw, she's not a beast, which means she won't get targetted by Scarlet Webweaver, which means IT'S KING KRUSH KOMBO TIME, WOOOOOO
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Highlander HUnter will no longer need DQ Alex to close out games
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Blizzard thinks people will make Beast Druids with this.
But in reality, it's going to be used for King Krush combos.
Seems kinda meh. Odd Hunter Beasts will be buffed. Maybe Taunt Beast Druid has potential?
I imagine this will be played a lot more in Hunter than Druid. Buffing all beasts in your deck can be pretty significant. It is like Prince Keleseth only with an easier to fulfill and more forgiving deck building restriction. I am excited to see what people do with this card.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
If I unpack this, I wanna try beast druid. It'll prolly suck but I want to try lol.
Realistically speaking though this card seems more suited for hunter:
Could also work with HL hunter as turn 10 , 16 dmg burst combo with Dinotamer Brann.
Or combo shenanigan with Beastmaster Leoroxx and King Krush.
Fantastic card. Really blends the two classes together well. Both classes in the current meta are probably looking at the copy effect, which is already strong. The fact that it's also a (beast only)Prince Keleseth is nothing to ignore. Druid and Hunter with a few more aggressive/early beasts could make use of that side too.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
As a Hunter main I am so in love with this card it's not even funny. This is fucking beautiful and exactly the type of card that is needed to help bring back Beast Hunter.
PS: I can't wait to see the Hunter/DH legendary.
The deckbuff seems kinda meh, unless a new beast hunter archetype is coming. But the copying effect is crazy, even more since we have cards at 7 mana like Dinotamer Brann and Winged Guardian.
I would like to see the druid to run this please. So there will be a total of 5 two-class legendaries? Or will there be more than one card per combination?
All we need now is a reliable draw engine for hunter like Master's Call and this will certainly single handedly bring back beast hunter.
Outside of that, its basically a second King Krush, and that's the real kicker.
I doubt Shan'do Wildclaw will be a necessary card for any given archetype, but it seems strong. She has nearly vanilla stats with two pretty good effects, so I expect she will see play.
Both effects seem very powerful in Hunter, and while they're less exciting for Druid, the ability to copy either Winged Guardian or Marsh Hydra on turn 10 is pretty sweet.
Boy do I like dual class cards, they make the game more flexible. And about the card, enhances your deck if you draw it early or copy a big beast if you draw it at the late game. Great card.
Amazing card. It does so much for almost no deckbuilding requirement.
I'm excited for this card because it makes Embiggen Druid look like a contender again.
that decklist already had some big Beasts, and while the Marsh Hydra from AoO didn't see much play with spell druid being a thing this lady can help make some choice minions big if you don't hit those embiggen spells you were looking for.
Only problem is those decks also wanted you to cheat minions out with the sidequest, so this lady is a bad summon if she wasn't embiggened as well
Literally screams Highlander Hunter for me. It helps you create a finishing blow with Dinotamer Brann by copying a King Krush. In a more board oriented game, this can also copy Zixor, Apex Predator OR buff Zixor Prime. Also not a beast itself, so you can still tutor important Beasts with Scavenger's Ingenuity.
Will be hard for Druid to find a place for this card. It seems better in Jungle Giants Druid to copy a big lad for a cheap cost. Maybe in decks that utilize Winged Guardian or Marsh Hydra? That could create for a solid late game defense line or a proactive board clear and value generation. MAYBE to buff a Crystal Stag, but Heal Druid is meme status, so no.
5/5 in Hunter, 3/5 in Druid

"If other people shared traits of those considered naive, the world would've become a better place." - Also me
Amazing card if it has the right support, but I think it kind of lacks it right now. Sure, you can pair it with Dinotamer Brann or Winged Guardian, but decks playing those cards have very few other targets for it. Also the other effect isn't really strong enough, the only deck it could work in is Beast Hunter and that deck doesn't have the card draw to adequately support the buff.

Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
This seems solid it just needs a certain kind of deck to be in. there is a lot of support cards for a big beast hunter, just need some stuff to put it all together. A lot of the beasts you might play can kind of double dip on the +1/+1 or the copy in some way.
If you're playing a midrangey beast hunter deck. if you play it early it's a keleseth for your beasts, if you play it later its a faceless manipulator for 3.
right now though, because of Scavenger's Ingenuity, we're playing a minimum amount of beasts so we can tutor them. there is going to be need to be some more incentive to not do that.
playing this on 10 with brann for two king crush's seems a lot less of a meme than it should. that can honestly be a thing.
As far as druid, this is actually a little bit interesting. it would need a ton of support but mana sabre and winged guardians are good beasts.
I can see both Druid and Hunter doing some nasty business with this guy. And really, just the copy ability. Buffs are buffs, but copying a potentially huge beastie is something else entirely.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
This card + Fluffy Fight is pretty cool. However, the ability to shapeshift into a beast is where this really shines. Turn 10 Shan'do + Beastly Brann: Yes Please.
Started playing HS in May, 2015. The bad news: I missed the excitement of 'Naxx out?' and GvG. The good news: I never met an Undertaker.
This card has lots of potential - alltough i think it will often be used for Shenanigans with Brann/King Krush :)
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
Im very interested to see what Beasts will this expansion bring, it doesnt really look like there is much room for any, except for the kitty, ofc :)

I really like this card and it concept. Can be strong in both heroes and can be played in different deck. Also can enable some specific combo shenanigan. Really happy with the developer
is this the famous shan'do like that 1000 win malfurion? This has niche effect but i think it's pretty good at what he does.
Might replace faceless with this in my gonk druid deck. Currently the combo is reduce Gonk, the Raptor or Faceless Manipulator by 5 with Imprisoned Satyr and then go off, but with this you can play:
Gonk-->Lightning Bloom/Biology Project-->Shan'do Wildclaw-->Floop's Glorious Gloop-->Claw and just kill things right away without wasting time for satyrs anymore. It's odd too so it fits into my odd gonk druid deck. hmmm might try this one out.
Living like that.
Pretty scary with Brann, or really just any big threatening beast. Hunter’s probably gonna take advantage of this card way more than Druid
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
So, here's the combo: Unseal the Vault so you can get a The Coin from Licensed Adventurer. Play two Ramkahen Wildtamers to copy King Krush. When you finally get to 10 mana, play Beastmaster Leoroxx to summon all 3 King Krushes, play The Coin and finally copy one of the King Krush with Shan'do Wildclaw for 32 damage.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
After seeing all of the beast support cards for both Druid and Hunter, I don't think she is very impressive in Hunter. Druid might be able to make the copy effect work in Embiggen Druid with Marsh Hydra and Winged Guardian, but the big stats without the copy is usually enough to threaten the opponent. The buff deck aspect also doesn't seem that appealing as it's a weaker and more restricted deck buff than Embiggen. Overall, I think she doesn't have much of a chance to see play, but it's possible that after the next rotation she makes more sense.
For glory, honor, and gold!
I will always +1/+1 my minions.
Thanks to denial, I'm immortal.
Nice Keleseth stile card. Hope this one sees more play than the 10 mana spell...
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
Choose one effect are versatile, and both options are strong.
Beast druid can be a thing with that set.
By The Holy Light!
After seeing all the cards, I think this will be a nice early drop for ramp beast Druid since it can get more value out of cards without screwing up curve like Embiggen does. I still don't see much of an application in Hunter though since they lack the ramp resources to slot in big value beasts and don't have enough really strong early-game beasts to get value out of the Keleseth-esque effect.
Nice mix between D/H. I like it for aggro /token
I can see a world where you could run this in Embiggin Druid.
This card is beastly
Start date: 5/16/14 Current gold: 16,410 Current dust: 17,200 Play wins: 10,786 Legendary from crafting: 26
Cash spent: $125.00 Lifetime gold: 177,110 Dust reserves: 62,985 Arena Wins: 907 Legendary from packs: 127
Meta definitely for Hunter. But for Druid, it can be use more in combo deck cuz it's meanly Token.
"My winged children fill the skies."
"A hundred kings will rise again!"
"Who knows what secrets we'll uncover?"
"The stars align!"
"The stars align!"
Are we going to see Beast Hunter?
Nice cost and good stats, you do have to play beasts
All hail the banshee queen.
Nice Hunter card.
A good way to blend the two classes together. I think both can utilise it effectively in different ways.
Hunter? Great.
Druid? Whatever.
I was initially very excited for this card, but after seeing the rest of the set, I realized that there was so much better to come!
I think this card has a lot of potential, but I'm not sure how much play it will see in standard.
Nevertheless, I'm excited to see if this makes the cut in some kind of Quest Beast Druid.
Copying even any animal companion seems decent . Some beast keep dodging the bullet and can still charge. Plan B is ok too, just need a deck build in synergy. Versatile enough to see play.
I wish some Quest Beast Druid will make this work for getting the 2 effects
Very flexible card, hunter has gotten lucky with being paired with druid for the choose one mechanic.
I'm actually really excited about this card. It could be really good.
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
More combo enablers is never a bad thing. I really like this card, it can assist in so many decks like combo, or token, aggro/zoo, midrange or ramp.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Strong and versatile. Can be used to give you a buff that last the whole match, or to get back on board if you're in a tight spot. I think it'll surely see play.
Love Beast Druid, love Beast Hunter. Don't know how much I love this in Standard, but I can see where the idea is going.
