Remember that miniset are a thing now, and they add old keywords in them. Like spellburst, dormant and prime additions in the DMF miniset. Surely we'll see more frenzy all year.
Stats are obviously less than desirable for their cost. However, getting two bodies back with a way to activate their effects can be huge. Solid deck building puzzle, but I think it is Missing that payoff from the right or near game breaking frenzy effect. Need more cards but could be amazing or just a speed bump
Resurrecting 2 minions, activating their frenzy effect + 5/4 body and 1dmg AoE is a huge tempo swing at turn 7. I think that is the best card reveealed atm.
Good health point, it will force us to create a deck regarding the cost of our beasts to make sure we have something to summon in any case. Thats a good card for deckbuilding !
I guess its a card made to up yours minions in one big turn. If there is possibilities to copy this minion or cast nature spell for a low cost it can create new otk decks
Actually the viability of Desperate Prayer will likely be more dependent on whether you can damage your opponent. It just occurred to me that with desperate prayer, the AoE damage will be 10, assuming you heal both for 5. Considering that you only pay 4 mana for this swing, its kinda insane.
I still dont think priests will start jamming desperate prayer in their deck, though. But the option is certainly there.
Really good card actually. This can be quite a big AOE effect, and priest LOVE their AOE cards. Renew already sees play in every priest deck, so you already have the potential to do 5 dmg AOE (3 from Renew +2 from hero power) for 7 mana. This actually makes Xyrella a Flamestrike with a 4/4 body alongside it.
The only negative i can think off, is the fact that she costs 4 mana. This means that it's harder to play her alongside Kazakus, Golem Shaper. If Priest had a LOT of draw, i wouldn't have minded that much. But because priest DOESN'T have that much draw it's harder to play both Kazakus, Golem Shaper AND Xyrella in one deck.
I mentioned this above as well, but this misses the most important point here - you do not have to build around Priest of An'she at all. It's good enough as is, and has a decent payoff for things Priest already wants to do with their other cards, and regularly does with their hero power.
By constrast, the Soul Fragment package ends up being around a third of your deck. Since it required so much investment, the Soul Fragment payoffs that saw play were all the proactive ones - Shardshatter Mystic, Soulshard Lapidary, Shadowlight Scholar, and Soulciologist Malicia. That proactivity is critical because if you're going to spend 10 or so card slots on an archetype, it better pay off in terms of tempo, and because the smaller payoff cards weaken the big payoff of a bunch of 3/3 rush minions and effectively lose you 2 health, they need to be even more proactive to make up for that loss. Void Drinker didn't really accomplish any of that, so it didn't see much play.
Rokara seems like a good card, nothing too exciting but still good. Seems good with Warmaul Challenger and it seems good with a rush package, mainly in control warrior, without an E.T.C., God of Metal OTK. Considering the text says that minions get the buff WHEN they attack, it probably means that cards with Frenzy like Blademaster Samuro will get the buff before their Frenzy triggers. Also cards like Razormane Raider can actually get +2/+2 from Rokara. (+1/+1 when you attack with it, and another +1/+1 when it attacks from it's frenzy.) AND it can be quite insane alongside Animated Broomstick or Warsong Commander in control warrior to ensure that minions survive their trades.
I think Rokara might be seem weak, but when used correctly she can be a REALLY powerful card.
Very strong card, and if you discount it with Cariel Roame it's a 0 cost Fireball once it upgrades to Conviction (Rank 2). I was already VERY scared of midrange/Dude paladin but this makes it even worse. I bet that Conviction (Rank 1) will get nerfed, it's arguably a much better Nitroboost Poison, and Nitroboost Poison is already a BS way too OP card. If this continues, i certainly hope were going to see a Skulking Geist reprint...
New Paladin Spell - Conviction (Rank 1)
Pretty good I guess, for midrange or slower decks. Not sure if this takes a spot in current decks, but great to discover mid-game or later.
New Neutral Minion - Barrens Blacksmith
The buff is nice, but probably too slow
New Demon Hunter Minion - Death Speaker Blackthorn
So much support for deathrattle demon hunter - nobody will play it. Unless they add in some insane OP deathrattles.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Vengeful Spirit
This won't see any play
New Warrior Minion - Overlord Saurfang
A lot of stuff going on here. Probably really good but a little slow. Play after Lord Barov for profit.

That doesn't mean they could not implement something for the 0.1% that do. Sorry but this argument is invalid.

too big restriction

Tool to counter deathrattle decks
Conviction (Rank 1)
1 mana bloodlust, this is scary strong..might be hit with a nerfbat in the future.

New Neutral Minion - Crossroads Watch Post
Without the payoff of the summon 5/5s guy, I don't think I'll run this in any old deck unless spell decks are a big part of the meta
New Warrior Minion - Rokara
decent but underwhelming for legendary.. as the whole set apparently
