Don't forget that Druid is keeping their best ramp tools, Overgrowth and Lightning Bloom. Playing this card on turn 4, for example, is huge.
Also, if you're playing this card as your beast in your N'Zoth, God of the Deep, you can actually kill it of without triggering the frenzy part to revive the rush part of the card with N'Zoth, God of the Deep.
I love adjacent minion mechanics and, therefore, I love this spell. Now, it may seem like the RNG is unnecessary but, in this case, I don't think that's a bad thing, since there is no RNG element guaranteed, it's only there if the minion targeted is in the middle.
Also, this is a control tool and the rank up mechanic tends to favor control, so I can honestly expect this card to see some play, unless Shaman is dead next expansion.
The how could be interesting, like playing a secret and then 2 or 3 options appear.
The when I don't agree, if what you mean is controlling the spell in your opponent's turn, since one of the things I like most about HS is that you don't play in your opponent's turn.
I would like more water elemental cards, like the Deep Freeze they released. Like new minions that when they die a Water Elemental appears, then a spell that does something for each water elemental you have and other stuff like these sort.
Every time another healing effect appears it generally takes over it, I've been running it lately in some Mage control decks but that is because there are very few healing options in the current meta. I guess the same will occur specially with things like Khartut Defender rotating.
I've never been impressed by it, outside of some wierd Even Mage in wild. I guess droppin it on turn 2 kinda asks for a response if you need to drop 2 health minions but still...
Honestly, I don't know how people keep up with multiple games! Between work and family, I only have so much time every day for gaming, so I bank it all into Hearthstone (which I love). I manage to keep up with the game in terms of both earning in-game rewards and spending real money because I don't invest time and money into other games.
I can't even keep up with 1 as a player so it's no surprise that people find it tough to play 2 or even 3.
I've got a lot of Hearthstone battle pass grinding to do ths month. A lot.
Abysmally bad luck today. My personal highlight was a game against a Mill Rogue. I finally had managed to trigger Hakkar's Deathrattle multiple times and purify my deck, only for my opponent to play Skulking Geist next turn. It goes without saying that they milled me exactly to death when they were finally out of removal and I had lethal on board. I'll take a break and play some Odd Rogue or something.
Too bad I just opened it, still, great core card for everyone. Random legendaries are the best for the people who start playing, hope I had this kind of cards when I started playing.
New Paladin Spell - Blessing of Kings
I think this will see play in early aggro paladin decks, and as expansions appear it will disappear, maybe with the second set of the year.
New Druid Minion - Druid of the Plains
Don't forget that Druid is keeping their best ramp tools, Overgrowth and Lightning Bloom. Playing this card on turn 4, for example, is huge.
Also, if you're playing this card as your beast in your N'Zoth, God of the Deep, you can actually kill it of without triggering the frenzy part to revive the rush part of the card with N'Zoth, God of the Deep.
New Paladin Spell - Equality
Well, time to pack things to leave wild T_T
New Shaman Spell - Chain Lightning (Rank 1)
I love adjacent minion mechanics and, therefore, I love this spell. Now, it may seem like the RNG is unnecessary but, in this case, I don't think that's a bad thing, since there is no RNG element guaranteed, it's only there if the minion targeted is in the middle.
Also, this is a control tool and the rank up mechanic tends to favor control, so I can honestly expect this card to see some play, unless Shaman is dead next expansion.
New Paladin Spell - Holy Light
I 90% of the times healed my own face anyway when I got this so really digging the change.
[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
Shadowy Figure
New Mage Minion - Arcanologist
One of the best cards of mage, still being played in wild. Nice addition, maybe too nice.
New Mage Spell - Shooting Star
This without Cosmic Anomaly fells so weird, but I guess it couldn't be added right now as well.
New Mage Spell - Arcane Intellect
Arcane Intellect has fallen a bit behind with other options like Rigged Faire Game even played in control decks, still, good to stick around.
New Mage Spell - Mirror Entity
The how could be interesting, like playing a secret and then 2 or 3 options appear.
The when I don't agree, if what you mean is controlling the spell in your opponent's turn, since one of the things I like most about HS is that you don't play in your opponent's turn.
New Mage Minion - Water Elemental
I would like more water elemental cards, like the Deep Freeze they released. Like new minions that when they die a Water Elemental appears, then a spell that does something for each water elemental you have and other stuff like these sort.
[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
No. It's a Deathrattle and a Class card, but not from Hunter.
New Hunter Minion - Webspinner
What a great card, when I started it was one of my favs.
New Hunter Spell - Freezing Trap
They should have just renamed it to Sapping trap and add a Frost trap that freezes.
New Mage Spell - Ice Barrier
Every time another healing effect appears it generally takes over it, I've been running it lately in some Mage control decks but that is because there are very few healing options in the current meta. I guess the same will occur specially with things like Khartut Defender rotating.
New Mage Spell - Fireball
If this isn't the most Core Card there is I dunno which is.
Fun at the Crossroads
If you got it right, you get a pop-up top left saying so and it gets checked on this page. So if that didnt happen, keep searching ;-)
New Mage Minion - Fallen Hero
I've never been impressed by it, outside of some wierd Even Mage in wild. I guess droppin it on turn 2 kinda asks for a response if you need to drop 2 health minions but still...
New Rogue Minion - Patient Assassin
so it doesn't die to Shooting Star or Cone of Cold or things similar to Arcane Missiles, but yeah, it's not an impressive buff.
[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
Seeping Oozeling
I don't play Runeterra
I can't even keep up with 1 as a player so it's no surprise that people find it tough to play 2 or even 3.
I've got a lot of Hearthstone battle pass grinding to do ths month. A lot.
New Neutral Minion - Acidic Swamp Ooze
Lord Jaraxxus kinda Nemesis!
New Neutral Minion - Clockwork Giant
Maybe it's because it's the least risky to add?
Also they may have planned a bit of support in the next expansions but this is a long shot.
Weekend Wild Hearthstone Decks - Mecha'thun Warlock, Odd Rogue, Miracle Priest, and More!
New Neutral Minion - Brightwing
Too bad I just opened it, still, great core card for everyone. Random legendaries are the best for the people who start playing, hope I had this kind of cards when I started playing.
