I am not really a fan of asking for upvotes before making a guide.
I get that you want to make sure people care about your deck before you make a guide but a lot of the time a deck will get lots of attention because you wrote a very good guide for it.
If you want to be sure people care about your deck before making a guide then wouldn't it make more sense for you to make a guide after a certain amount of views? As I said above, a deck can get more than half of its upvotes simply for the effort put into the guide.
12 minutes here. Just play shaman and Duplatransmogrify a Best Friend. You'll have them for every other run. I just played Rafaam, started with 19 Best Friends. Every game was a 19/19 charge on turn 1. Was it fun? Actually, a little bit. But the replay value is totally gone now.
Well I'm glad they've at least tried to explain, reduce the punishments and not simply just hoped it would all blow over (which I don't think it would).
I still think 6 months is too harsh, surely just one would have been enough and if not then 2-3 for the player.
I'm skeptical about their claim China relationship was not a factor as was expressing an opposing view would have had the same level of penalties.
That said I should disclose that I fell out with Blizzard CS during my WoW days and politely promised them I'd never give them any money ever again (and hence why I am f2p in HS) - so perhaps I am biased here though I always try not to let that influence me too much.

This sentiment seems poorly expressed - or at any rate, it seems to get matters backwards. Publicly traded companies don't have to fire their employees, or ban competitive players from their games, simply for a brief statement of support for democracy and human rights - as Brack has conceded. There is clearly an enormous range of corporate behaviour which is perfectly consistent with making money that falls far short of the line that Blizzard drew this past week.
All things considered, you'll have to concede that "business is business - all these kids should just grow up" doesn't exactly sum up the issue very well.

Plus, compare this situation with the whole Roger fiasko. Cheating/wintrading in a tournament seems worse for the integrity of Hearthstone and he was not penalized within that tournament at all. Hell, he even got fairly close to winning it.

While I'm glad that they back pedalled to a somewhat reasonable stance regarding this particular incident, I feel that much has been lost in terms of credibility regarding their core values.
It's not enough for me to justify blacklisting Blizzard in particular over any other company who deals with China. I personally really don't know how to move forward regarding all the China issues
- Evolve Shaman and Combo Priest are the aggro decks of choice IMO. Not sure which is better. Spirit of the Frog turned Evolve Shaman into a more consistent deck.
- Druid is again trying to figure out what its best win condition is. It probably won't settle on something until the metagame settles.
- Highlander Hunter is well positioned as probably the best midrange deck.
- Holy Wrath Paladin is in a decent spot at the moment with all of the greedy AF N'Zoth decks and it has an okay mu against Priest/Shaman.
- At least one of these greedy N'Zoth decks feels like it could be a high T2 deck. They shut down the game really quickly if they make it to the right point.
- I wonder what will happen to Quest Shaman. The aggro evolve ones feel better to me at the moment.
- Tempo Rogue is certainly better than it used to be.
- Not a fan of any of the variants of Flamewaker mage as of yet.
- Secret Paladin is fine. Not scared of it though.
I'd say Highlander Hunter has gotten a lot weaker despite the upgrades. It's just too slow to compete with fast decks and at the same time can't really pressure combo/N'zoth decks enough to win consistently.

However, I do think that these caster and gamer showed some guts by making this statement and we should support them. The way Kibler reacted was smoother.
They have separate art in the Chinese version of Hearthstone already; The Skeleton Knight is one I've seen used as an example. So even if the reason for having new art drawn was the Chinese market, they could have decided to keep the old art in the international version if they wanted to.
It does show that they're trying to avoid offending anyone, even if that means their game will be more bland.
