September is Breaking Ground! While we were all busy fishing, our scouts went ahead and found the ruins of an old settlement. Let's rebuild! Three new skills are now available on Out of Games: Mining, Woodcutting, and Foraging. Help build our stockpiles as you browse through the site and raise the level of our settlement. The waters are quiet for now... but the scouts say the fish will be back soon.

The floating action wheel works on every page of the site: mine, chop or forage wherever you happen to be reading. Each skill has its own cooldown, and realm pages hide materials found nowhere else - Whiteout Survival and Hearthstone pages are worth a detour. Donate what you gather here (the settlement pays a Gold per item), sell it for Supply Tokens, trade it on the marketplace, or hoard it. Your call.

The waters are quiet for now - fishing returns later this event.

  • Is anyone else not donating when it's at 99/100 just to give others the chance to get The Last Nail achievement?

    • I've done this a couple times. I like the collaborative vibe of this season, so I figured why not set some other folks up for success.

  • When I try to donate goods, it says "the wagon lost a wheel - try again." What am I missing?

    • Holy crap, you've leveled up quickly.

      • I just have a tab open while I'm doing other stuff, and I pop over to gather every 10 minutes or so. It's probably adding up to an unhealthy amount of screen time, but hey, this settlement ain't gonna build itself!

        • I'd do the same, except I completely forget to check back, sometimes for hours at a time.
