When I host a fireside gathering to open new packs does it show me the legendaries I got with the bundle?
Just wondering if I will be able to see what golden and non golden cards I got from the bundles

No, but you are guaranteed to get Legendaries on launch that you don't own. It's safe to open the packs at a fireside and get the bundle Legendaries later.
