There have been a ton of posts on this topic but this is indefensible. This is supposed to be the top level of play, with a prize pool, and one guy was not allowed to have a real turn.
So there was a fix to this on Tuesday (8/17) and clip is from the previous weekend (8/14). We'll be on the lookout for any reports/clips of it still happening, obviously not an experience we want.
