I colected 700 gold for solo adventure, and when I clicked to purchase , it sad purchase failed, but he took my 700 gold and didnt unlocked it What to do now? ps: sry for my bad english

It means that we're working on it. That is, investigating, tracking information, and working on solutions. These issues have proven difficult to diagnose and solve in the past. Hopefully, we'll resolve this one much more quickly.
