EXPLANATION:
This thread was edited multiple times. The original thread was basically saying that I contacted Forsen and that he was going to reach out to other streamers during his streaming session and tell them to send tweets to Blizzard in order to raise awareness about the Closed Shop issue that's been going out for over 4 months for some people. These people can't buy packs or Naxx wings. We need to fix this.
Please tweet #FixOurShop to @bdbrode, @PlayHearthstone, @BlizzardCS and Blizzard employees in General.

YES, guys, I lied when I said I have contacted Forsen. That was the only way to have him send a tweet. Now, people are much more aware about this problem and Blizzard is receiving TONS of tweets telling them to fix their goddamn bug. So, please don't hate, I'm trying to fix things and I'm actually doing something here.
Hope you understand this and I count on your support to have Blizzard fix this IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. We're not gonna have the 1% wait for another month (I'm not part of them, I want to help).

First, I'm sorry that anyone has felt as though they were 'passed around'. That isn't a situation that we ever want you to be in, though (and this is no excuse) it likely occurred because no resolution existed for some of these issues. That said, information that you submit via Support tickets does reach the eyes of those who are working on the issue, and it's the most direct feasible method of letting them know that the shop is still closed for you.

We haven’t been ignoring the issue, and in fact, we’ve had team members dedicated solely to fixing this and related issues since they appeared in the wake of the Curse of Naxxramas release. Despite that this has been a top priority, and we have resolved these issues for many players over the last few months, we know that this is unacceptable, and we’re very sorry for the impact this has had on you.
We know we can and should do better, and we are committed to improving our systems to prevent anything like this from occurring in the future. We’ve steadily made progress and resolved shop closed issues for more and more players over time. Nonetheless, they’ve been a particularly sticky set of issues to untangle and we’re sorry that any of you remain affected. We’re still working on it, and we hope to have a resolution for every last one of you in the very near future.
In the meantime, please accept our apologies, and keep an eye open for emails from our Support team (and make sure that messages from @Blizzard.com don’t get filtered to spam).
