New Hearthstone patch: 5.2.0.13714. Bug fixes?

update:

The following issues have been resolved for PC and Mac:

Addressed an issue where players were unable to log in to Hearthstone and received the error message, “Oops! We were unable to start a game for you. Please try again.”

Addressed an issue where players were able to get duplicates of the same quest.

Addressed an issue where Morgl’s Hero Power was not animating correctly.

Greetings once more, Reddit -

We have pushed out an additional hotfix to PC and Mac that should address the "Oops!..." error. Please let us know if you continue experiencing this issue after patching to the latest version of Hearthstone. (5.2.0.13740)

Well met, Reddit -

I am seeing that some of you are still reporting that you are experiencing the "Oops! ..." error after the hotfix. Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Please provide the following:
- Region
- Platform (PC or Mac)
- Type of router you are using
- Any modifications to your DNS or connection set-up
- ISP
You can send me a DM if you prefer not to post here. We're also looking for your output_log file, which can be found under Hearthstone -> Hearthstone_Data -> output_log.txt. You can DM me with that info too!

As of this time, this hotfix has only been pushed to PC and Mac clients. If you are playing Hearthstone on your mobile device, you may still be experiencing this issue.

Can you let me know what platform you are playing on? This hotfix has only been pushed out to PC and Mac, so if you are playing on mobile you may still be experiencing this issue. I'd like to gather as much information as possible to send to our development team. Thanks!
