Yep, there have been a bunch of occasions where people from the community have come out to chat. Kripp and I actually go back to early alpha. Before I worked on Hearthstone I worked in QA on a bunch of different teams here at Blizzard. I was a big fan of the stream and we had talked a bit during the early hardcore days of D3. He went on to try out Final Fantasy, and if I remember right they were having some stability issues and he was looking for a game to play until FF came back up. I reached out and offered him a key, and it seems like he ended up enjoying the game :). Some of my fondest memories of Hearthstone were playing my Pirate Warrior and beating him so many times before he started playing some weird Warlock that seemed impossible to beat (eventual handlock). A few months later I ended up getting a job on the Hearthstone team as a designer, but we still keep in touch and talk Hearthstone to this day.
His YouTube commentaries are uniformly excellent, and while he loves being a Debbie Downer while streaming, there are few more consistent in their support of the game of Hearthstone.
