Back when Iksar played more i saw so many streamers hitting him in queue. And he is a blizzard game designer, even for hearthstone. But nope, no special spinner treatment for poor Iksar... So we can be pretty sure that it doesn't exist... (and i am pretty sure a year ago somebody from blizzard tweeted that the spinner will never land on anything else than worthy opponent...)
