Problem resolved !

----old---- So my client says I already bought it (I didn't) but I don't have access to anything and it won't let me buy again. I restarted a bunch of times and it didn't fix it.

Anyone else seeing this?

To answer the question before it is asked I didn't do any of those clock shenanigans.
