Thank you very much for the info. I'm a little sad at the sort of comments you're getting in this thread, blizzard is known for quality customer service and this lives up to my expectations really. Hope it doesn't deter you from posting updates on here yourself in the future, it's really appreciated.

I am never deterred from getting the proper information to the community. :)

yay, thanks for that.

And when you release the next adventure, maybe consider releasing first in Europe this time. (Naxx was asia first, BRM NA first, so the next one should be Europe first for fairness sake, especially if there is a race again...)

It's not about fairness - it's generally better for us to go live in the Americas first so we can be on site to track and fix any issues that may arise before we go live in other regions.

"That was an error." We're offering players in the European region two free packs for their patience regarding recent server issues, but this breaking news was posted just a tad too early - sorry for the confusion!

It may take up to 24 hours for all players in the European region to receive their packs.
