Blizz Support - How to pre-order Blackrock Mountain

Hi all,

There have been a few questions from folks who are wondering how to pre-order the upcoming Blackrock Mountain Adventure. To do so, click 'Shop' down in the lower left-corner of the introduction screen. Next, select the Adventure category in the shop window which pops up. You'll now see the Blackrock Adventure as an option in the left-side of that window. If you select that, you'll see the 'Buy' option there.

Edit: We're aware that some transactions are experiencing difficulties and are working to have the issue resolved asap.

    Hi, i am on EU region and I preordered Blackrock without any problems. My only issue is that spectator mode doesnt seem to work for me right now, while other friends of mine, who havent bought it yet, doesnt seem to experience the same problem.

    You won't be able to spectate people that haven't updated Hearthstone to the latest patch, and vice versa. Make sure you (and your friends!) update to the latest version of Hearthstone, especially for tablets, to avoid any issues.
