    Thanks, and I know this has been of of you before (but no response given) - would you be willing to explain the CAUSE of the server/network failure each and every time it occurs please? I think that's the LEAST that Blizzard can do given the amount of grief, lost paid for Arena games and general bad feeling that this generates against Blizzard on the frequent occasions that this happens ..... and that's only regarding Hearthstone players, naturally your other online games and players are also affected.

    We generally do not comment on the nature of various issues that may arise. They can vary in nature, and can be very complex. I am also not a technician - I just keep people informed that there may be an issue, and updates on its resolution. The whys of it are generally irrelevant.

    We do take each issue that may affect our players very seriously, and we are always taking necessary steps to ensure as little interruption to game play as possible. I understand it can be a bit frustrating at times.

    We're currently investigating some reported issues regarding connectivity in the European Hearthstone region. We'll provide an update as soon as we are able.

    This issue should now be resolved. Thank you for your patience as we addressed this!
