Is Blizzard monitoring this subreddit?
I'm a vivid and old LoL player and spent a lot of time in that subreddit and RIOT support/engineers/designers frequently answers questions about bugs and suggestions coming from the community (they have a special flair on their accounts).
I was wondering if Blizzard is doing the same, even if they are actually not listening it gives a feeling that they're actually caring about downtimes/bugs/the community.
PS. I love Blizzard, the only game-company I've actually given any of my money (I played so much Broodwar on a stolen CD-key that paying for an occasional arena-run actually feels good).

We do! We read Reddit often. It's been a bit more quiet than usual since we've been at PAX East since last Thursday and working on the Curse of Naxxramas announcement, but we're around most of the time in one form or another.
