Will any rewards be one-offs, or will everything be available to everyone eventually (if the meet the requirements)?

If a card back is a ranked play reward, it'll be available during that season. We'll have more details later on, but rest assured that the ranked play rewards will be accessible to anyone that wants to add that back to their collection.

Once you add the Legend backs and you achieve Legend rank, will you lose the back once the season resets?

No, once you hit Legend, that card back is yours forever. Kinda like Gelbin. :)

Will any rewards be applied retroactively based on ranked play? At this point I'm not sure why I aspire to attain Legendary when it'll be gone and no one will notice.

Current plan is to not have it be retroactive. You would have to reach Legend after the Legend card back is added to receive it.

Does anyone know if we get the legendary card backs from the legendary status from this season? Would be cool.

Not from this season - we'll announce when they go live.
