So if I play dreadsteed, and it dies and comes back a bunch of times, will Nzoth bring back a full board of dreadsteeds? Also, does unearthed raptor count as a deathrattle minion if you use its battlecry?

I believe you do get back multiple Dreadsteeds if it died multiple times.
I don't think Raptor counts as a Deathrattle minion. It actually did early on during design but I think we fixed it :)
