I would like to share what Mr. Brode told me
So I sent Ben Brode a PM a couple of weeks ago. This was what I sent:
"Hi Mr. Brode, I'm sure you won't read this message, but is there any chance to see a slight quality of life improvement by having Arena drafts consist of golden cards? Obviously it would only be if you own the golden card yourself. I think it would be a much needed QoL improvement in Arena, and would showcase random golden cards you own and such. There's really no easy way to "show off" your collection, and I think this would be a great idea. That's all, thank you."
Needless to say, I was not ever expecting a reply, especially to such a banal request in the grand scheme of Hearthstone things.
I actually did receive a reply, 5 days ago, upon which he said:
"Totally agree, that would be awesome :)" proof
Anywho, as a mostly arena player I was happy enough he replied. Here's to hoping we get to show off our goldens in arena soon enough!

Sometimes people suggest ideas (like adding a 10th class) and we explain why we don't like the idea. Sometimes we like it and we confirm that it's something that we'd be interested in.
This type of communication is generally very useful for both sides. We can let people know our philosophy, and we get to hear counter-arguments from the community to help improve the game.
