Is a chimpanzee allowed to have a Hearthstone account?

I'm a biology student and work very extensively with chimpanzees. For my thesis I want to teach a chimpanzee Hearthstone.

I have already taught a chimpanzee chess, so I know it is possible. My issue is that I haven't found anything useful in the terms of agreement, so I'm curious if something like that is allowed by Blizzard?

Putting months of work into it, and then getting the account banned by Blizzard would be infuriating.

Update: Since this is getting a lot of attention and people are really interested into this, I will set up a Twitch Account to stream it. I will give you updates and post a date. The deck of choice will be Pirate Warrior. Please don't ban me.

Regarding chess: The chimpanzee could differentiate the different pieces from each other and make moves with them. She realized that the objective was to remove the king, which resulted sometimes in "cheatish" behavior, I could not remove.

To clarify she was not really capable of playing a full game without help and never came up with a strategy. But she could memorize openings and play the game.
