This reply is borderline insulting. There is a tremendous amount of thoughtful and detailed feedback about these issues not only in this thread, but all over this subreddit. Numerous pros have given feedback about the shortcomings of the current system and potential solutions. Kibler has an entire video dedicated to the subject that you can currently find on the front page.
The proper reply to this post is to acknowledge what is obvious- that the system isn't working as intended when situations like this can happen. If it is working as intended then you apologize for having a system that is designed to disregard overall consistency and skill in favor of strong finishes in high variance events.
We've read and discussed much of the feedback you mention. I know people like Kibler and Noblord have left detailed feedback in the past, the comment was mostly directed at Zalae specifically.
