PSA: Arena tickets should disappear once the event ends

I didn't want to play this arena because it feels to me like tavern brawl and I rather have a real arena than this RNG fiesta. However I contacted the support to clearify if it is possible to use the arena tickets after the event as I couldn't find an official answer and got this reply.

TL;DR: Use your tickets during the event or they will be gone.

If you have tickets, they will NOT go away when the event ends. The ability to get the ticket will go away when the event ends, so make sure to log in and get the ticket before then, if you're interested. Maybe that was the source of the confusion?

Just to be hyper clear - once you have a ticket, you keep it. But honestly the dual-class arena is super fun and I highly recommend trying it!

Pretty sure he's implying the support was confused, not you, as you recieved the wrong info. It was them at fault.
