Blizzard said that only packs are dupe-proof, will we get a duplicate hero card from Prologue since the free hero card is not in a pack?
As people have reported getting a duplicated legendary from the Welcome bundle, and the answer from Blizzard was that only packs are dupe-proof, so we have a chance to get a dupe legendary from the welcome bundle.
Asking this because people were discussing open packs first or prologue first for the pass few days, it is important to know if it's possible to get a duplicated free hero card from prologue.

The answers were against each other. So it is unclear if we would get a dupe legendary hero from prologue reward since the prologue reward isn't in a pack.

The prologue reward hero follows the same rules as pack legendaries (it won't duplicate unless you have all 9).
