I had been on the team for years before I made the Brawl port. In fact, we had just finished the prototype for Hearthstone and were moving to Unity, and I wanted to try it out, so I made this!

I was recovering from hernia surgery, so I had a lot of time at home in bed. I made the game in about a month. I've always been a huge fan of Brawl, so it was fun to work with James on it.

Crazy trivia: Mike Donais is the Brawl World Champion, from the one year they had a tournament at GenCon.
