I wonder what happens when you draw one of these Spider Ambush cards using Mimic Pod or Thistle Tea. Do you get two/three spiders on board? Do you get two/three copies of the card drawn after the Spider Ambush?

If you get this in your hand somehow (Thoughtsteal for example) they are castable spells that summon a 4/4.

Hey Mike, two questions:

The video suggests that due to the new "cast" wording on the Ambushes, they will trigger effects like Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Is this correct?

When you draw the Ambushes, are they cast for free or do you have to have the 4 mana floating?

When you draw an Ambush it doesn't cost any mana. They cast automatically for 0 mana.

They don't trigger Auctioneer or Pyromancer when this happens.
