Does your opponent see when your spellstone is upgraded?

I'm sorry if this has been answered, I can't really find much information about spellstones. I am watching Toast's reveal stream, and it's the first time I've seen a spellstone upgrade in action, and I see there's a visual. Is that visible for your opponent?

    Are we sure about that?

    You can see your opponents hand buffs, I imagine the concept might be similar

    I tested it real quick before I answered just in case (I have a terrible memory:P), but yeah, it isn't a Grimy Goons-style buff where it's visible to both players; only the owner sees the visuals, like with Shifter Zerus or Bolvar Fordragon.

    Your opponent doesn't see any visuals associated with the upgrade, just you.

    Can a spellstone upgrade while its in your deck?

    Only while it's in your hand, /u/GhrabThaar and /u/DittoDat have the right of it. :)
