How do you guys deal with language in general? Do you have a glossary of preferred terms and people dedicated to streamlining the language you use in HS, or is it left up to the card designers and developers? In either case, I think this is an area where there's room for improvement as far as Blizzard products are concerned. Perhaps an issue to be raised at your next team meeting ;)
We have a style guide but we treat each card as a unique snowflake and make decisions based on what is best for that card and what is best for consistency and try to balance those 2 things.
