Static image - best I could do on short notice. This is the closest you can get them to each other before they completely merge into a single burning green ball. :P

The program is just Unity, anyone can download it and play around in it (although you'll have to make your own shuriken texture). :)

Confirmed Velen is a Spell Damage rebel (albeit with a good cause), and I have failed you all with my artist math.
