Can't Resume Dungeon Runs; Bug?

Hi guys. When I leave a dungeon run between bosses, I have no option to continue it later. When I try, there's no button to press besides back, which resets me to a new dungeon run. Is this supposed to be happening? Am I doing something wrong? I'm leaving as the last step before I would otherwise be entering the next boss battle, not leaving during battle or before treasure picking. It's happened three times now, and both on PC and mobile.

I'm exiting after the next boss card but before starting the next boss fight, but I'm seeing the gallery and cracked portrait. Seems like another bug. I say another because for some time now I've been unable to see in-game messages both on mobile and on PC. I can send messages, but I can't see my or my friends' messages unless I open up the blizzard app and go to the social tab.

This sounds like a bigger bug than Dungeon Runs - especially if it’s happening on both PC and mobile. Data not getting synced somehow? Definitely contact customer support with your specs - I hope they can sort this out!

Make sure you finish up the game (click through the Victory screen and back to the UI) before leaving the client. If you exit while picking treasure, when you return to the Dungeon Run you should be presented with the same treasure choice. If you exit after the next boss card has been revealed, when you return to the Dungeon Run you'll see the same boss card and the play button to start the fight.

Which screen are you returning to? If you're seeing a gallery of all the bosses you've fought and your hero portrait is cracked with only the "back" button lit up, that means the game registered a loss or a disconnect from the fight.
