I think I understand these ads now...

The constant unannounced presence of Hearthstone characters in the real world represents our own failure to address the insecurities of the 21st century. The growing pace of technology, the twisted evolution of language, the death of intimacy, and most importantly the postmodernist blurring of all meaning. As Jung would put it, this man's constant internal struggle has left him so fractured that the Anima (Jaina), Ego (Uther), and Shadow (Gul'dan), have taken on a physical manifestation. Blizzard calls for us to retreat into our escapist fantasies not despite Hearthstone's flaws, but in spite of them. Through our frustration with the ladder we are granted unity of purpose and a brief respite from the outer world that threatens to destroy us.

In a sense, Uther gets it.

    BHALGOTH GETS IT.
