One of the main reasons to move cards like Ice Block to Wild is because the card was a definitive card in Standard for 4 years. Even if this is balanced from a power level point of view, it wouldn't be a good idea for that reason.
As far as power level goes - it is probably fine because it only prevents death once, instead of for a whole turn.
