A neat little thing I noticed about Tess Greymane's entrance

Tess Greymane is one of my favorite legendaries of the Witchwood, and while playing her I noticed a neat little lore-connection-easter-egg thing when she enters the board.

If you're like me and have played Tess ~~at least a hundred times~~ a lot then you may have noticed that she blooms from a little flower. If you are not like me then you can take a look at her beautiful animation here and see for yourself.

After doing some research on our rogue, I found this on the Wowpedia:

After the Shattering destroyed the town of Duskhaven, Tess ventured up to her father's observatory with a single [Peacebloom] flower. She reminded Genn how when she was a little girl, he told her to find one beautiful thing a day as it would make the hard times easier. Even among the ruined Gilneas, she was able to find an unharmed peacebloom, and it gave her hope.

What's a peacebloom? This is a peacebloom.

So if I'm correct then that little flower is a peacebloom and a connection to that little story about Tess's childhood, and Blizzard is really cool in incorporating WoW flavor.

If, by chance, I'm incorrect, then welp that's a nice flower

The animations and really the whole aesthetic of this expansion is incredibly rich. You and the rest of the team definitely out did yourselves. I can't wait to see what other new animations we have in store for us this year!

This little exchange actually made me go out and craft this card on day 5 of an expansion when I am usually very careful with spending dust especially this soon after a rotation. Free free to quote this post in your performance review.
