Could Sneed's Old Shredder Summon Voltron?

I was thinking about the piloted mechs and I had to wonder if Sneed's old Shredder could summon Voltron with its deathrattle, as it could summon any legendary. If so, that would be incredibly interesting. Just my thoughts!
