I STILL can't play a game...

"Unable to start a game for you."

3 fucking days now. Are you kidding me? Anyone else getting shafted still? On PC.

    Hey all,

    First, we're truly sorry that any of you are experiencing these issues, and for any inconvenience that this has caused. These issues are unacceptable, and we're working hard to fix them as soon as possible.

    There are actually three separate issues occurring here. We've rolled out fixes that have resolved them for a lot of players, but we haven't managed to get everyone just yet.

    Here are the three primary issues:

    • A locale and font issue that can be resolved by using scan & repair.

    • Can't connect to the game server. This is DNS related.

    • Those who crash on start-up.

    If you can reply to me with the following information, we can use it to help us focus our search for the root causes and track down a fix:

    • Which issue you seem to be experiencing (including error message if applicable)

    • Which OS you're on (windows/mac/android/iOS)

    • Which device you're using (if mobile)

    • Which region you're playing in (Americas & SEA/EU/Korea & Taiwan/China)

    • Which language you play in
